Where does sculpture go when you cannot take it home? 2016
‘Where does sculpture go when you cannot take it home?' is a video documentation of a series of performances by Ekaterina Luzgina conducted in 2016. She dispersed the fragments of her installation around places of sentimental value in the UK before she had to leave the country for two years due to immigration laws. By bringing the concrete sculptures into natural and urban landscapes she aimed to physically anchor her presence in the places that she loved but had to leave behind.
